I was impressed with him before he ever spoke a word as he took his shoes off first thing when he walked in my front door! We built our home in 2020 and dealt with multiple vendors and subcontractors. To have someone come in and be respectful of our space meant the world to us! He came back and personally installed our media equipment and it is awesome.
