He was so personable and excited about the food he was sharing that we couldn’t help but order several things. We took all of his recommendations and were not disappointed. “On 8/2/21 I ordered tires from an authorized dealer.Three days later I was given a 9/7/21 delivery date.On 8/25/21 my date was changed to 10/28/21.Called said dealer and was told the problem was Mickey Thompson.Called Mickey Thompson on 8/30/21 and was assured they had not missed any shipment dates to any of their authorized dealers.Asked if I could order straight from them and was told how.Went straight to their website and made my order.Was told a 6-8 week delivery.The next day I was given a delivery date of 9/3/21.Those tires were on my door step before noon.That man I spoke to had to take the time to look into what had happened and then took even more time to expedite the shipping to keep the delivery date their dealer had missed.To find a better company to do business with I would imagine one would be hard pressed.”
