The lady went above and beyond to get the problem resolved the same day and I had called late in the afternoon!! The lady was NICE, understanding, and respectful. She called my boyfriend's pharmacy and found out that the reason his medication wasn't able to be filled was because they hadn't received a new prescription when they told us they had and blamed this company!
