The final product is simply brilliant. Way better than anything I had in mind. It was drawn beautifully and with incredible talent and skill. The detail is fantastic. My wife, who is not a great fan of tattoos, actually likes it. The shop is clean and well organized. Brian is a great "host" as owner of the place and is super easy to talk to. That aspect is very important when you realize you are going to be spending a good amount of time with the artist doing your tattoo. I would recommend him to anyone. I plan to use him again when I get an older tattoo done on my back covered with something different. I just have to figure out what I want!”

We weren’t ready to buy but Erika made sure to take some time with us and answer a few questions we had. She was incredibly helpful and offered great advice and info as to things we would want to be aware of (certain brands are higher than other brands, so be sure to measure twice!). She also took the time to look up two different models we were interested in to see if they were in stock or when they could be ordered. “So, my middle age self, sister and our four teenagers had a lesson, last week in July, in Sailboarding with Doug. It was amazing! I forgot how gorgeous the lake is south of Buffalo. We were smiles ear to ear! It is not an easy task to balance on the board trying to catch the wind just so. Doug was great in training us up on dry land on a simulator. We all got in the water and he continued giving pointers and being patient. It was challenging, but we had lots of time and space to really sink our teeth into it. This is something I can enjoy with my kids.”

NP Weston Sokol was amazing. Incredibly friendly, gave all the info I needed in a perfect balance of concise and fully explained. The shot itself was hardly noticable at all due to her wonderful handling of both the injection and keeping me distracted. She is a true asset to this location. I am so lucky that I happened to pick this one from the list of locations. My only disappointment is that I live in California and will likely never see her again. If I could pick a NP for my primary care, it would be her. It may be none of my business, but she deserves a raise.”
