I could not have asked for a better dentist to take over for Dr. Dutchman after he retired. I had gone to Dr. Dutchman since I was a child, and I hope my girls will now do the same with Dr. Cunningham. We don’t plan on going anywhere else, ever.”

“I hate dealing with car salesmen, but with that being said, I needed to lease a vehicle as I had turned my other one in. I was prepared for a bums rush of vulture salesmen coming out to me before I could get out of my car, but to my suprise, they didn't! I went in to the showroom and met Jason, he told me to look around and if I had any questions, he'd be around. We asked him about a particular car I was interested in. He took his time with us and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there. He was so genuine, and very nice. He was never pushy or predatory. I told him I loved the vehicle but didn't think I could afford it. We sat down and crunched numbers to where I could fit it in my budget and ended up leaving as a happy owner of a brand new CX5! I've never had a dealership experience that was SO enjoyable as this and so refreshing! I really hadn't thought of purchasing a Mazda before because I thought they were expensive, but this model was not only cheaper than my Chevy Equinox, but it was LOADED with options that actually was INCLUDED in the price! Now, most dealerships will just give you the keys and send you on your way, but NOT Cascade Mazda! Upon receipt of the car, I was told to come in anytime for 30 min. so that they could go over the entire features of my car with me so I could learn where everything is. THAT was incredible and definitely wasn't expected! I've been driving my car for about 6 mo. now and I absolutely LOVE my CX5! I highly recommend this dealership and when I need another vehicle, I'll definitely be back.”

When we’ve called with issues they always do what they can to get us in! They are always very patient and kind to our dog who is high energy at times. “Edit to my original post: Young’s auction service came into our community to organize and complete an estate sale for one of our neighbors. One of Young’s staff had told our community president that they would let her know the dates of the online sale. Our community has had several estate sales and the neighbors were always very supportive and purchased items. Unfortunately Young's did not notify our president So no one in the neighborhood was aware of the sale when it was active. This was very disappointing and I had posted my dissatisfaction. Update: Bob Young did respond to my email rant and also called me for follow up. He explained Youngs did advertise the sale on websites that were unknown to me. The sale was up for 8 days. He was sorry that the neighbors had not been notified. If he had known the neighbors wanted to participate, he would have made sure the community was made aware of the sale dates. Bob explained that Youngs had to work fast and was under time restraints as the initial company the family had employed was not able to do the auction in a timely manner before the property transferred. Youngs came in and helped the family in a tough situation. The family was pleased and that is what is important. I have have enough stuff as it is🙂”
