Our salesman Ken was there for every step of our job. The metal roof looks fantastic, and the gutters are the final compliment. Ken was invaluable through the couple of bumps in the road. The team was fast, and Jeff the site manager Wes up on my roof well after dark checking every screw to make sure it was right. I have come to know Ken as Kangaroo Ken. He is probably one of the company's biggest asset. If you ever do a TV commercial, Ken should be your spokesman/Mascot.

Excellent customer service and quality inspection by Kangaroof employee Jeff Wildman. He was very thorough with his inspection and was also a friendly guy overall. Company responded quickly to our call. Came out the next day to do an inspection as we needed it done in a short time frame. Would recommend Jeffrey and the company any time!

Jeff and his crew were incredible! They arrived promptly at 7am and worked diligently all day, finishing the job in one day. They showed attention to detail in the shingling work and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I was especially appreciative of the excellent customer service given by Jeff. He went above and beyond to answer all our questions and address our particular needs and concerns. Polite, professional and efficient, I would highly recommend Hornbeck KangaRoof!

These guys showed up and did an amazing job. From start to finish, they were professional knew exactly what they were doing and were very quick and efficient. I actually had them do a couple extra pieces of work and it did not slow them down one bit.

But Eric and Jeff took time to answer my questions and text messages. Neither of them ever ignored me at anytime. Which I greatly appreciate very much.

The crew of 8 men worked hard and diligently, and were very respectful. They protected my property and cleaned everything up once they were finished.
