I had them do 2 beefs for me recently. Prompt service, the meat was vacuum packed and labeled well. Out of the way, but a nice drive.
The best meats you can get. Steak you don't need a knife to cut because its so tender you can cut it with your fork. And the hamburger has so much flavor. Can't forget that wonderful thick sliced bacon. So yummy. I cook extra so we can nibble as the rest cooks. All the meat is amazing.
