Routine check while getting oil change found small leak in transfer case. Found shavings in fluid. Fortunately had purchased extra warranty to cover new case. Willis and Chris treat you Right! Excellent service and customer service. Most of morning job, offered to take me to get breakfast and pick me up later. I had brought my breakfast and a book, they had all drink supply so all good. They checked couple times to see if I needed anything. Again, excellent customer service 👍

My experience with Chapman Ford was amazingly pleasant. Every employee was extremely friendly and helpful, and especially not pushy. Buying a car is NOT my favorite thing to do, but they made the experience wonderful. I got my car days earlier than I expected...and it was freshly washed and filled up with gas. I certainly will return to their business the next time I need a car!

Set appointment for oil change, tire rotation. Dealt with Chris in the Quick Lane. Good experience. Pricing and quotes fair. Only negative it took about 1.5 hrs. Cars on showroom floor need dusted off but cool Mustangs amd old pick up. Will go back.
