“I just wanted to take a moment and share my experiences with Joe and with Top Stitch Upholstery. I was looking for someone to re-create the seats and covers for a 1991 Oldsmobile Trofeo. I wasn't looking for someone to just sew in a panel or fix a tear, I was looking for someone to completely re-create the seats as if they were new right from the factory. Joe came through with flying colors. This was a very complex job, and I would imagine labor-intensive. The comparison between the old and the new seats was indistinguishable. Joe was even able to do the perforated center inserts. This is a perforated pattern that was only used in a few cars made by GM. When I originally set out on this project I figured that I would end up with something that was close but; not original. Joe was able to match the pattern and re-create it perfectly. It's not a close match; it’s an exact match. I am thrilled with the results. The seats look brand new, despite being in a 30 year old collectors car. Not only do they look good, they are very comfortable like something that you would find in a brand new vehicle. I couldn’t be happier. From the initial phone call all the way through the entire process; Joe was always prompt, courteous professional, and very responsive. There’s no other way to say it. This guy has a lot of talent, a true craftsman and artist in his field. If you’re looking for someone to be able to do a high-end interior for a vehicle, this is where you need to come. If I ever need anything like this done again, without hesitation Top Stitch Upholstery is where I’m going to have it done.”

“My children have blossomed in their piano playing under Mrs. Althouse's instruction. When my daughter first began she struggled at first. Mrs. Althouse tried many different methods and approaches & finally it clicked. I appreciate that she has a wealth of knowledge to pull from to guide her students. I also enjoy that she teaches each of my children differently. She recognizes what they enjoy about piano & incorporates that in their weekly lessons. When I asked my daughter what she enjoyed about lessons, she shared that Mrs. Althouse makes it really easy to learn piano. She also enjoyed hearing about what former students said about the pieces. My son said he enjoys how she plays the pieces with them & that she teaches them one step at a time. I highly recommend Mrs. Althouse for piano lessons. She is a phenomenal teacher!”
