Ambiance Nail Spa

I absolutely love Ambiance Waterstone center! They always do a great job and really make you feel comfortable being there. I would recommend them to anyone I know, because I know I am sending them to the right place. I also love they have so many different choices on everything! Love love love! Thanks for always making me feel beautiful! They are always up to date with what’s in for sure and reasonable prices ?

Previously I have been going to another salon for months and each time I kept finding myself disappointed and over charge for horrible service. I went in to get a shellac manicure and within that evening the nail polish was already peeling off. Which is not supposed to happen at all.

I found Ambiance Nail Salon at 9869 Waterstone Blvd in Cincinnati. The had heard me talk about my previous experience with the other place (not affiliated with them) They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and assure me that is not how they run their bias I was. It is gorgeous and a relaxing atmosphere. Tracy was superb, ask for her. This will be my permanent salon from now on. FIVE STARS, EXCEPTION SERVICE.

This was me and my daughter’s first time here and it was very nice! The staff was very friendly and I also appreciated the reminder call/text beforehand for our appointment. My daughter got a manicure and I got a pedicure which felt GREAT! Both ladies did a great job on both of us and I believe her name was Julie? that did my pedicure. She has a great sense of humor and very good at what she does! Definitely coming back!

Recently visited this location for dip powder service and was blown away by the experience. There were plenty of colors to choose from and the technicians were so friendly and helpful. The technician who did my nails not only did a great job with applying the dip powder, but she also did an amazing job with the shape! She made sure my nails looked perfect! I'm excited to go back!

I got a gel full set acrylic and toe polish change with Julie and she was amazing. She was very patient when it came to picking out my colors and helped me pick out the best one for me. As she was doing my nails she kept asking if everything looked okay and to not hesitate to speak up if something was wrong. We had an amazing conversation and it was the most fun I ever had getting my nails done. She is someone that I will definitely go back to
