The customer service provided by Robert made the experience even better. I went for an oil change and tire rotation about a week later and Robert was very kind and helpful. I had done my own research prior to going in because I have been up sold in the past at different companies and wasn’t exactly sure what I truly needed and what I didn’t. Robert took the time to explain to me questions that I still had and it was very refreshing. As millennials we tend to shop at other places but Wal-Mart has definitely won our business in the future!
