  Top notch treatment! Went in with a back injury I got at work , they were extremely careful and cautious. Radiology was extremely understanding and comforting. Nurses , Top Tier! Dr Andrew was knowledgeable, understanding, not critical or judgemental like some ER Dr's. Highly recommend. Awesome medical center. Extremely clean too

  This is the only emergency room I will go to! They got me checked in, seated and called back faster than anywhere I’ve ever been, all three times I’ve been here. They were also professional, caring, and funny! Very easy to get along with. They take the time to fully explain your diagnosis, treatment plan and medicines in detail. Registration was also a breeze! They were great with me and my children! They actually showed concern and compassion instead of just rushing through it. 10/10 recommend! I will not go anywhere else for emergency needs!

  My go to for unplanned Dr needs. All staff are warm spirited and friendly. At no time was I made to feel like I was wasting their time or that my illness wasn't worth their time. All were very professional and helpful and explained everything in an easy way to understand. Location is great as well with multiple pharmacies in close proximity.

  I had an emergency that was frightening. I was put at ease the moment I walked in. Dr. Enseleit was fantastic, with a kind manner, explaining everything he did. He spoke to a specialist on the phone and arranged a referral to a specialist who saw me the next day.
  
  I worked many decades in an emergency room in Colorado so I know how crazy things can be. Though there were a great number of patients checked in, everything went smoothly and it was remarkably quiet - a good sign that the staff knew exactly what they were doing. Also, the facility was spotless and the decor was pleasing.
  
  It's a relief to have this facility in my neighborhood, which is just another reason why I never go out of the Kettering network (my primary care physician recently moved her practice and is now part of the group).

  I walked in and was immediately taken care of. I was treated with respect and kindness. Dr Good and Pete RN were the best. Professional and caring; funny too. They kept me calm. I mean, who wants to be in the ED on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, right? And getting stitches ugh! Excellent experience. I am a big fan of KHN and will continue to seek care in their network. Thank you!
