(November 10, 2022, 11:26 am)I visited two separate Beacon locations meeting with various specialists and all went exceptionally well; I found both the specialists and their support staff at each location conscientious and courteous. I was especially impressed with their efficient onboarding software. It is now obvious to me why Amazon headed me in their direction.

(October 28, 2022, 11:09 am)The facility was very clean. Front desk employee Becca and the technican Jeff, who did the MRI were friendly and courteous. They made sure I was ok with the procedure. Jeff added covers for the headset and had music nice and loud to drown out the machine noises. Very positive experience.
