(June 22, 2018, 7:21 pm)We have been with Fifth Third for many years. Have appreciated the service we get. One problem though, I am in a wheelchair and it is almost impossible for me to do banking when by myself. There is no counter low enough for me. I have to hold my arm straight up over my head and the teller has to reach over the counter to take anything from my hand. I can not talk to anyone and be heard or reach anything being handed to me without stretching. For these reasons I do not do the banking much because it is too hard.
