Stephanie is awesome!

My wife and I have been trying to get her debit card activated for the last year or so while living outside of the United States. When you don't have a social security number banks tend to have a hard time validating who you are over the phone, so they told us to go into the local branch when we arrived.

My wife and I just relocated to Cincy and went to this branch to see if we could get it taken care of. We had the pleasure of working with Dena Konopasek (Lead Teller) at 4:30pm and she helped us successfully activate the card with the activation company until after they close, at 5pm. Meanwhile, since we were new to the area she was recommending some of her favorite places in the city as we waited between actions on the phone.

Overall, a great little experience that we had assumed would end with a "sorry you'll have to wait until she gets a social security number."

More people should review this branch that like it to help fix their unfairly poor rating.

I'm not sure why the others had a poor experience, but I had an outstanding experience. I'm from NE Ohio, but went in to do a wire. Stephanie was awesome. Did the fastest wire I've done, and helped me get some other things done as well, even though I'm not a customer of her branch. GREAT experience.
