Walked in for an exchange on a busy Saturday. I was instantly greeted and taking care of. They didn’t have the size I needed, but offered to let me try another pair and ultimately found the right size shoe at another store and shipped them straight to my house for only $5. Best customer service experience at the outlet mall! I’ll be back for sure!

Great place for Merrell shoes and boots. Decent amount of accessories. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have a hard time finding shoes that fit right but this place nailed it. Their staff was super helpful and helped me find shows and or orthotic inserts to help me get the most out of them. The shoes are a bit pricey but I have family members that say they are worth it. I've had the shoes for 2 days and they are the best shoes I've owned in a long time!

Update: I got 7mos out of these shoes and I am working on my second pair now. Just bought two more while they were on sale today.

Had to size up a whole shoe size and the walk feels slightly different, but the construction of the shoe definitely feels stronger. Hoping these hold up longer than my last pair bought elsewhere. It feels like a better quality so far.
