Water's Bend Apartments

I am so excited to join Water’s Bend community. The staff has been amazing - thank you Angie and David!

I am absolutely amazed with how well and easy everything has been. This is my very first experience moving and I am in awe of how well and easy the entire process has been. They have answered every single one of my questions within a very reasonable time frame. The complex itself is absolutely beautiful. I cannot say enough great things about the employees, managers and the complex itself.

Moved in beginning of summer been great so far. Place is nice and mangers are nice and care about the tenants. Apartment are nice and spacious. If you have a issue or something goes wrong in the apartment the send maintenance out to fix it ASAP

Saying that this place makes me feel like home isn’t saying enough. I’ve moved a lot throughout the years and I surely can tell I have something to compare this place with and let me tel you, Water’s Bend is totally on another level. Thanks to the management, Angie and David, of course. Any minor issue that would seem unsolvable to me and would make me go all anxious the entire day would get taken care of in a matter of less than an hour. The main goal of Water’s Bend Team is to make sure you have a comfortable, safe place to come back to after a long, sometimes not so pleasant day. The territory is always clean, the apartments get maintained regularly and Oh My God, THE VIEW! I’m on the top floor and I’m just stunned by my complex and the nature it’s surrounded by. Much Love
