We booked our trip through Amtrak Vacations last year. When months later, several family members wanted to join us, Katie was able to coordinate dates and excursions with Amtrak. She was even able to get all our roomettes on the same sleeping car. While at Glacier, some in our group decided to upgrade to rooms with private baths on the return train to Seattle. After waiting hours for a return call from Amtrak, we decided to call Katie. She was able to make the upgrades. And when some in our party had a negative experience on the return train, she contacted Amtrak and received travel vouchers for a future trip. Katie loves what she does. Miami Quarterly holds a regional meeting here from time to time. There is much of history here as well as a spirit of welcoming and friendship. I enjoyed my visit.”
