“We have a difficult situation with our dogs. Our Doxie was mailed by another dog and after surgery and stitches and drains, etc. He cannot be around other dogs except for ours, and he is terrified of other ppl. We also have an elderly dog with a tumor in her ear that she constantly scratches at and rips her ear open as well as a skin condition that make her loose big patches of her hair. We brought our dogs, after years of never being able to take a vacation together as a family bc of the dogs. April immediately took the difficult Doxie outside climbed in her lap after about 10 mins. She was able to GIVE HIM A BATH! Both dogs were well cared for and had baths when we picked them up. Our Doxie was cool with her when we left and I was so impressed 😁. I was so happy with how everything went. I'm already planning a trip with my husband this fall! So happy!”

“Ordered a cake online three days before I needed it. Got a confirmation text and email but when I showed up, no cake. I was told she didn't have an order for it so I showed her my confirmation. Her solution was for me to pick out a cake and she wouldn't charge me for it... Which was fine in my case because the cake I had ordered was not that complicated anyway. It should go without saying that people order these cakes for special occasions because they want something "special". A bakery can make or break an occasion just in how they handle the cake. I do not hold the employee that took care of me responsible, she was kind and tried to make the best of this situation but I expected better of Kroger. The cake was delicious which is why you still got four stars.”
