All of the teachers have been amazing, and you can observe the passion they have for the kids. Ms. Tracie is a legend - being there for ~20 years I believe. The director Ms. Juli is fair, a strong communicator, and does what is right for the kids - running the center well. Now that we have a school-age kid, we appreciate Ms. Juli's close monitoring of the bus schedules, getting all the kids where they need to be. We have been very pleased with their service, education, professionalism, cleanliness, and value. Highly recommend this location.”

“I guess Doug is the fellow who greets you and is perpetually in this store. (I know, Mr. Obvious here.) He has every conceivable part such as bags, belts, replacement cords, ad nauseum for every possible repairable vacuum. His repairs are VERY reasonably priced for the value. He reconditions and resells used vacuums, too, so you can buy a really good solid Dyson for the price of a big box store flimsy vacuum at times. I would honestly check here before buying a vacuum in a big store - you're getting quality and he'll tell you exactly what will last.”

“12:30 am the carbon monoxide detector started beeping. Was it bad batteries, a worn out detector or was it a carbon monoxide leak? I opened all of my windows and then I called the Deerfield Fire dept. The dispatcher was courteous and professional, and very informative. I was relatively certain I didn't have a carbon monoxide leak but still felt a bit unsure. He dispatched 3 firemen to my home within a couple of minutes. They were very kind and helpful, reassuring me that I didn't have a carbon monoxide problem. I also learned that a detector should be placed low to the floor, not on the ceiling like my smoke alarms. So tomorrow I am going out and buying a good quality detector and plugging it into an outlet near the floor. So while tonight they didn't have to save my life, their information might save my life in the future. God bless the men and women who protect us!! And may God protect them.”
