“I love finding hidden gems like this! We received warm, personable service from the time we made the reservation through checkout. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was basic, but clean, comfortable, and quiet. What sets it apart is that the actual inn is adjacent to a historic home and gardens that guests can freely enjoy. What a pleasure to eat breakfast in such a lovely setting! The food was varied and plentiful, including eggs, cereal, fruit, and even homemade chocolate cake! We stayed three nights and each evening we took a lovely stroll around the gardens and outdoor seating area. Well located for our needs, we would definitely stay again.”
