The absolute best experience I have ever had with a random auto parts store when I broke down in what was the middle of nowhere Ohio from my perspective. A blown radiator hose stood between me and my mothers appointment. A worker by the name of Adam, on his wife's birthday no less, took time out of his night, after hours, to bring me a new one and tools to work. Sadly I had told him the wrong hose, I know nothing about vehicles btw. He drove me into town got me something to eat and showed me o'rilley so I knew where to get the right hose. He left me with a heart felt prayer and wishes that everything turned out ok. In the morning my hose was waiting for me and the man behind the counter, sorry I forgot your name, dialed Adam and he and his amazing wife took me to my truck and Adam himself helped replace the hose, as I said I know nothing about vehicles, and I was up and going and after water and a small breakfast thanks to Adam's wife, sorry I forgot your name as well, I was able to make it to my mothers appointment. Thank you so much!!!
