  First time ever doing Yoga today, and yes I am a man. This intro class is amazing and I can't recommend it enough. Fair pricing and fantastic instructors. Could not be happier!

  Bowling Green in Ohio is a lucky town for hosting such an inspiring place as BG Yoga Studio. Every time I come to practice I feel recharged and reminded that we are here together sharing our inner beauties. "raise your vibration" ~ Thank you BG Yoga Studio for being bike-ride distant from my house ;D ~ Namaste.

  I love the atmosphere here. Classes range from fast paced and intense to slow and revitalizing and the instructors are patient and helpful. The classes are very reasonably priced and are especially a great deal for college students at just $10. Mats and other materials are provided for you, just bring a present mind and clothes you can move in.

  I love taking classes at Movementality. Class times generally fit my schedule.The environment is so peaceful and calm. The instructors are all fantastic. I can't pick a favorite because they all have their strengths!

  This Studio is wonderful! I've attended classes for a little over a year yet I can't claim I have a favorite class or teacher. This is due to the fantastic range of classes and the caliber of the teachers! There's a class for everyone - someone who's heard of yoga to the seasoned yogi - and the studio regularly adds classes to keep interest going. They are also consciousness of people's schedules and offer classes in the mornings and evenings at various times. The teachers all have their unique styles and energies but are astounding teachers. They strive to make everyone's practice reflective of the individual's skills or abilities. They go out of their way to provide each practitioner with an experience that fit their skills, abilities, body, age etc. They really make you believe that there's nothing that will prevent you from reaping the benefits of yoga. With that said, Movementality is a welcoming and open studio. There is no judgement and lots of an encouragement: they focus on what you can do. The price for classes are very reasonable: they have deals for students, package classes, and regularly run promotions. Go try a class - it's a great part of the BG community!

Yoga for Strength. This fitness-based yoga class welcomes all levels and is designed to help increase flexibility, strengthen core muscles, improve posture and help you reach your personal wellness goals. Each class will incorporate the use of various equipment such as foam rollers, pilates rings, 1-3lb weights or resistance bands.

Yoga Student Guide - BG Yoga Studio

Mindful breathing is an important part of yoga. Please do not wear strong perfumes or smoke before class as it is very distracting. Please also respect the space and your fellow yogis by keeping your mat and body clean and odor free. We are a device-free space. Please turn off and silence phones and watches.
