  I consider myself very picky when it comes to Mexican food, so I don't say it lightly when I say that Cocina de Carlos has some of the best Mexican I have ever had. Both of the locations I have been too have great service, food, and drinks. As an added bonus the precautions they have taken during COVID season left both me and my pregnant wife feeling safe and cared for. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

  Delicious food, great service and the frozen strawberry margarita was YUM! They disinfect items so well, that the seats and menus were still wet. In addition, the tables are spaced apart for proper social distancing - we felt very comfortable eating inside the restaurant.

  Cocina De Carlos has the best lunch buffet! It was very easy for me to get a gluten free and dairy free lunch here. Everything is so delicious and fresh! Very clean and relaxing environment. Highly recommend for a great meal at a great price!

  The found food was delicious. I had the shrimp pineapple. The presentation was great and the flavors mixed well. The restuarant was clean and the wait staff were attentive.

  Cocina has been a long time favorite of mine. The atmosphere and staff are always warm and inviting. From sit down dining to a more causal bar vibe, this is an excellent place to come for all types of dining experiences. The food is consistently good, with very generous portions, and their pork dishes are personal standouts for me. Daily lunch buffet is also great for when you are looking for something different to eat on your lunch hour.
