We took our father here for rehab after he broke his hip and the staff has been amazing !!!. The housing is clean and the food they serve is all made fresh ,,i cannot recommend a better place to have help a loved one .

I stayed here for around 3 months in skilled nursing and around 5 months in long-term care, in 2 separate houses. It was wonderful, considering the situation I was in. Nearly all of the staff went above and beyond their duties to care for the residents and make them feel comfortable and secure. It is the only place that I will consider staying forever when I need to find a permanent place to stay out of my home because it is so homelike.

I need to have my privacy for my own mental and personal health and they have private rooms with private bathrooms and showers. I wasn't limited to 2 showers a week like I was at other facilities. I'm a night person. Other places tried to force me to sleep on their schedule. The third shift staff welcomed me to stay awake and visit with them. I slept through breakfast so they arranged for me to have a small meal later in the night. They even brought fresh fruit and diet Pepsi for me. I hope that they have an opening when I need it.

It is a wonderful place to work. The small house concept is so different from other nursing homes. I enjoy having the ability to spend one on one quality time with our elders. This is truly a wonderful family setting.

This is the place, this is where I would like to go if I require extended care, this is the pace I would take my own mother, the facility is clean, the patients all sit at a long family type table for meals with the staff, the food is amazing and I would attribute that to the facility being broken up into multiple home style units, the each have there own kitchen. This place really gives you the feeling that your at home, this is my highest recommended facility that I have been to, please though keep in mind that not all otterbines are the same, some of them are not so nice.
