Dr. Tiberiu S. Avram, MD. 28 likes · 18 were here. Also not a long wait to be seen and his nurse Mary is very sweet. I would recommend Dr. Avram to anyone who is tired of a dr who has a "God" complex or feels you're too stupid to understand him so doesn't bother giving you an explanation.
