“I called today and spoke with Alison to ask for a prescription refill. She said she would check with the doctor. A few hours later, Alison called me back and said that the doctor will call it in for me. Now I ask you, how many offices call back to tell you the results of what the doctor will do? I don't know of any. I might add that all the staff is wonderful at this office and I can't say enough nice words about any of them. Dr. Lorton, her nurse, Catherine and the other staff are friendly, welcoming, calming and helpful. Now I will specifically name Alison, who has the best telephone voice ever and never showed one once of impatience of "one more thing to do" or unpleasantness. Thank you to all. “This place gave me ME back!!! From the smiling face of Jordan at the front desk, to Pat's sweet presence as she calls me back to the room and the great conversations, to the amazing Anna.. Oh that young lady Anna is absolutely awesome, to Dr Baibak.. wow what can I say about him .. BESIDES AMAZING!! 4 years battling cancer, a failed reconstruction in Florida which led me to 2 years with no breasts.. This man is by far the sweetest and kindest of all things. In less than a year, he gave me hope again. He gave me, ME back!! Today after my appointment and he removed my strips, I walked into my bathroom and for the first time in 4 years looked at myself again. The implants look amazing!!! I had to go in to have a filling replaced in my front tooth and was dreading it because the first time I had it done, when I had the Novocaine, because of the location, it numbed my entire face.
