(June 25, 2021, 12:13 pm)I came upon Maumee’s site when looking for a specific shower body part I couldn’t find in stock at the big boxes. I picked up the phone and spoke to them directly as I had a couple questions. The team was friendly and knowledgeable.
I wouldn’t have found Maumee had the big boxes stores had what I needed. Now that I’ve found them I’ll skip the big boxes every time! -

He went above and Beyond my expectations. He was extremely helpful, understanding, personable, caring and was able to meet his customers request. This was by far the BEST Customer Service experience I have ever experienced. I would also like to add prices were very good.
