This place is wonderful. The staff (from the front end to the nurses to the dr we saw) is fantastic, beyond patient, and caring. Dr. Bryon (or Bryan?) is great and followed up with me a day or two later about my daughter's condition. As a first time mom and this being my daughter's first sorta scary illness I was very thankful for the detailed care and patience with my daughter. Thank you all so much!

I just want to say thank you to the health care professionals at Promedica Kids Urgent care. Tonight my daughter has the antibiotic that she needed to fight a bad case of strep throat. I know that it seems strange to be reading a review about my daughter’s strep throat, but after being told by her pediatrician “Rocket Pediatrics” and other urgent cares that I called that they’d only see her following a COVID test and a negative test result, which would have left her for several days until the COVID test appointment and several more days waiting for the results without the antibiotic she needs. I was referred to Promedica Kids Urgent Care by a friend of our family. The health care professionals there were willing to see my daughter and following a positive strep throat test prescribe the antibiotic that she needs to get better. As a parent I can’t thank them enough for the caring, professional manner which they conducted themselves as health care professionals.
