I have lived here for 4 years we now have new owners so its alot better nathen who works in the office he is alot of help and a hell of a nice guy.
This Manufactured Home Community is definitely the nicest one in Perrysburg area. Excellent place to buy a new home. All of the new homes for sale are fresh and remodeled inside. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
