(April 24, 2020, 6:57 pm)For the price we pay, I would say everything is great. The area is safe, the apartment is nice and spacious, heat and water is included. Our leasing agent Stephine was fantastic. The only small issue I had was with the internet, however wherever you go, internet will not be great because of all the connections competing against each other in a small area. The gym is nice to get a quick workout it gets the job done, don’t expect an apartment complex to have a gym like planet fitness.

(March 4, 2020, 11:13 am)I am very satisfied with my stay at the Tracy Creek Apartments. I have been here for 16 months and plan to be here for at least another 6 months or more. The management and maintenance staff if very professional and respond immediately to any request I have. They make living here very enjoyable

(February 3, 2019, 12:13 am)My husband and I lived here for four months so far. It's a good place to live in, rent is a decent price. There is a washer and dryer in every apartment, the gym is open 24/7. The pool is a good size, there is also a recreation room that is available to rent for events and get a portion of money back if no damage was done. The community is well involved, this past Halloween they had trunk o treat for the kids and recently a wine and cheese gathering for adults.Very friendly and quiet place to live. The only utility bill the tenant pays is the light bill. Maintains is good when called with any issues. It's close to Owen's community college and shopping centers. Parking is never an issue always find a good spot. I recomend this place. Bellow I attached a few pictures of our balcony view.
