“Overall, my experience living at Green Meadows was very pleasant and affordable. I had a situation where I needed a short-term lease that allowed my cat, and that is hard to coordinate in Bowling Green! However, Green Meadows was very accommodating with all of my needs. There is also new management, which was very organized and nice to work with. All of my work orders were handled very quickly, my rent was very affordable, and the office always answered any questions/phone calls/emails right away. They also put new air conditioners in many of the units right before I moved in, and it works VERY well! My apartment is always cool and comfortable in the heat. I also heard rumors about the apartment complex being "sketchy" before moving in, but I personally never experienced any issues. My neighbors were very friendly, and many of the residents are college students. There are only two small issues that I have had: one is with parking, as it's difficult for visitors to find the appropriate visitor parking sometimes. The other issue that I've had is that the month-to-month rent was increased by $75.00. Luckily, I will be moving out before that change is made in July. However, it is inconvenient to those who are staying there and signed a lease with a lower price.... Regardless of the two small issues that I've had, it was overall a really great experience for a short-term lease; very accommodating!”

“My wife and I popped in here while passing through. There is a very large eclectic mix of almost anything you can think of. Lots of coins, decor, clothes, jewelry, etc. There's a basement, main floor and second floor that you can take your time going through trying to find the perfect item. We thought the prices were very fair and the older lady working was really nice. We found a couple items and didn't break the bank so we were happy!”

“My daughter and son-in-law and their 2 year old son, Connor are parishioners there. I live in SE Michigan, but have only visited it a couple of times in the last 5 years when they settled in Maumee. I went to Mass with them today and I loved it from the minute I walked in the doors! I could go on and on with pros and compliments, but in a nutshell found it to be phenomenal! “Do they cost a bit more than other places? Yes. Are they better trained and more likely to fix a problem than put a bandaid on it? Yes. My wife had a local shop "fix" her breaks three times. Each time it cost less than the quote from Thayer, but the problem always returned. She ended up spending a lot more and the problem was still there 18 months later (plus three times into a shop). Fixed by Thayer and several years passed with no issues. My grandfather and father used to say "the cheapest option often costs you the most". Keep that in mind when comparing quotes. And Jake's a good and reasonable guy to work with.”

Dr. Reed took his time to explain things to me and why it was important for me to follow his instructions.When I then went to pick out some new glasses, the optometrist took her time with me. She looked at some of the glasses that I picked out and made great comments on why she liked them, or did not like them. She took my job into consideration when choosing the right pair for me. My overall experience was great and I would highly suggest Perrysburg Eye Center to anyone.”
