We were working on a time crunch and Amanda Handshey (and I believe another employee, sorry don't know their name) went as far as personally delivering checks to two other banks for my daughter to make certain the account was paid on time and wouldn't accrue terribly high fees. I don’t even get charged for overdrafting my account as they’ll automatically cover it w/ my connected savings account. I can deposit checks right from my phone, and if I have any issues whatsoever w/ any of my Chase debit or credit card transactions or lost card, anything, their customer service representatives are always friendly and always help w/ the issue at hand. I’ve never had a case where they couldn’t or wouldn’t help me!”
