I have to admit that my last in person visit with a personal banker was 6 years ago and did not go well Today was a terrific experience. Jennifer treated me like a person, not an account. I started off expressing my disappointment with 53 in general and she listened...really listened. She was on time at 2pm and made the transition easy to negotiate. “I was pleasantly surprised with my Refinance with Third Federal. I saved Thousands of dollars in closing costs, compared to what other lenders were offering me, and a very competitive rate. While they are most certainly not the most efficient in loan processing, or handling... they make up for it, in great customer service and pricing. I literally saved almost $7,000... and got a very good interest rate. I would recommend them to anyone. Just be a little patient. They are working with technology from the 90s. It was worth the savings for me.”
