“Last Thursday I stopped into Don Sitts auto not knowing what to expect. I was immediately greeted by Darlene and told her I was interested in looking at a vehicle on the lot. Darlene was very polite and professional and answered all my questions in regards to the vehicle I was interested in. I told Darlene I would have a trade in as well and she took my vehicles info and told me she would get me a price asap. This was late in the day and I said no rush. The very next day Darlene called me and offered me a very fair price on my trade in. A credit app was completed and within 15 minutes I was called again with an approval. The gentleman working in the finance department was very personable and not pushy in anyway. My experience at Don Sitts auto couldn’t have been better. Little did I know that one day I would be driving an Electric Vehicle. I had to drive back to Wisconsin and there are ZERO fast chargers in Toledo. I looked around and found there was a fast charger at Dave White. I wasn't sure if I could use it... because I don't drive a Chevy EV. But I tried it and it worked.
