When dealing with the salesman Mike, he said that I would be able to pick up my new vehicle in 2 days (on a Friday) as I was heading out of town for a while due to school and I thought that it was amazing for him to have this set up for 2 days after signing the deal. After talking to finance, Lisa said that it might take a little linger because of the new leasing company, but she would try her best to make it happen if not we would have to set up a different pick-up date. Fortunately everything worked out in our favour and I was able to pick up on the Friday. I want to thank both Mike and Lisa for the amazing service they provided me in this transition. “This review is based solely on my experience. If you understand the nature of buying a used luxury import car then this is a very solid dealership. That is to say nothing negative of this dealership, only that people with a minimal understanding of cars should probably avoid that genre of cars. However, it looks like they have plenty of cars outside that group. MGM seems to have very competent mechanics on-site. They had a fairly diverse and interesting portfolio of cars for their size. They were willing to fix issues that I found on the car without any resistance. They made no effort to hide known issues with the car. Both people I interacted with at the dealer were helpful and pleasant. It was easy to communicate and ask questions at all hours. Neither of them were even remotely “pushy” about sales. Their willingness and ability to make repairs is what set them apart in my mind. It is possible that several of these negative reviews should be targeted more at the world of older used cars, than at this dealership. Overall, I would recommend them to any of my friends in the area.”
