“I met the owner Chris and he is an honest, hard working guy. As for the people who say nobody was around when they came probably didn't walk the lot looking for anyone. He told me he has no employees and does everything himself. Including repairing vehicles he intends to sell. So with that in mind, he most likely was there but under a car doing his own repairs. I did not purchase the vehicle I came to buy, or any for that matter. The prices are fair, I was just looking for something in particular. “I have a current credit dilemma (like many) yet need transportation to align myself for success in overcoming my present set of problematic circumstances. LCA got me financed for a NICE car (believe me, NICE, I'm picky) when I had been previously rejected by another so-called "buy here pay here / guaranteed approval" lot for an older and less sophisticated vehicle that was literally falling apart! At LCA, income = approval really meant just that. Both Al and Randy of LCA were compassionate and accommodating of my needs while remaining 100% respectful in dealing with my shortcomings. Al walked me through every choice I had and both he and Randy went far beyond the call of duty on my behalf. They went to bat for me where others had tried to take advantage of me. I'm very impressed by their level of care and professionalism. In the end, I ended up with a car that I love at a rate and a price that literally put other dealers to shame. Most importantly, is the sense of security. I'd previously experienced lots that prey on those of us with "less than desirable" credit and exploit our weak points to strengthen their revenue. LCA is the total opposite of these places. They rescued me! If you're like I was in trying to figure out which place to go, don't be impressed by those "Sammy Slick-Talker" dealers. “Dr. Wachtel is probably the most though dr I ever had with an excellent bedside manner, I’ve been seeing him for over 25 years. He is up to date medically and he’s going to find your medical problems and treat you appropriately. He doesn’t give medicine unless you need it and he monitors you like a hawk, he calls you at home after hours to discuss his findings from tests if abnormal. This is rare in today’s times, he’s the old school doctor whose up to date. As my primary doc he refers to specialists when needed and constantly follows up with them not just referral. This Doctor gives ample time with also when treating you. He’s on the money. Probably the best doctor I ever had.”

“I’ll be honest, as we have always bought our cars at a large franchise dealership, so I was a little sketched out by the look of the place. But they came in on a Sunday , when they are normally closed, accommodating my work schedule. The car was exactly as advertised, and was waiting on us . Mike let us take it for a test drive as long as we wanted. He was very accommodating and personable . Due to a snafu on our part the car had to be delivered to us (1 hour 45 min away). While we were there we saw another car, looked a little nicer, newer, sportier, and more expensive , but they were honest that it was not a car we would want to buy, told us why . They could have made more money from us, but instead, steered us in the right direction The car arrived right on time , and was delivered by a professional car delivery service not a tow truck flatbed. The delivery service personal were very nice and professional following all protocols during this coronavirus . And we noticed , the car had been washed and detailed again before it was delivered to us. Every time we had a question and called them, they answered it and followed through. They even called the next day to make sure everything was good and that we were happy with our choice. We looked for over a month for this particular car and color , and they had it at great price. When it’s time for our next car, I will definitely get ahold of them and shop them. Moral of the story, don’t judge a book by the cover. Highly recommend them. Easy, honest, no pressure , very nice sales people.”
