“Very organized, but the feel of talking to someone at the store that actually knows something about cars is not there at all. If you go online and talk to someone on the phone, then you can talk to someone experienced. The gentleman in Texas that I spoke with on the phone knew his stuff about cars and gave me great advice, but once you go to the store, it's like...did you order online and go there to pick it up. It's a little too automated at the store itself. Clean store and once again very organized! I love the shipping speeds!”
