Sam answered every single one of my phone calls from start to finish. Stayed up throughout the night doing the install so we could get back to NH. Overall, we love the built trans. They did everything in a timely manner, helping me with the insurance and rental car company. I had them do some additional work replacing a mirror as well. When I came in to get my car I thought it looked like a new car! They did a great job matching my habanero orange paint, and I swear it looked like they buffed out a lot of the little scratches that weren't related to the accident.
