“Was referred to AJ Towing by Steve's Auto Care which is a few miles away from AJ Towing and Auto Repair, as AJ Towing had the diagnostic tools to test my electric and cylinder systems. Steve's Auto Care did look at my car for about a half an hour- for free, but didn't have the right equipment to test the various systems thus Steve's referred me to AJ Towing. AJ Towing replaced my coil pack with a used one which I requested for just $30. Labor $50. They first called me to let me know what the problem was and if I wanted to come by to pick up my van to replace the coil myself, but I gave them the go ahead. At least from my experience they seemed genuinely honest and nice people. The shop is under a road, by railroad tracks surrounded by a lot of junked out cars and a fence, but don't let first impressions fool you.”

“So I was cautious using a mechanic other than my normal guy but he was booked. Very glad I chose Gary. 1st I called and he told me he had cars that needed immediate attention so he couldn't take mine as my jeep just needed minor work. I actually liked this as he could have easily taken my car and made a quick buck by skipping others but he put them 1st. So I called the following week. Dropped off car just before closing. 9 am calls me with a quote which was substantially lower than what I was thinking it would be. By early next day work was done. Went to get car and my other car wouldn't start. Gary offered me a tow (jumped it though). Next day got the call and the frame is rusted not worth fixing. Not his fault. He didn't even charge me for the diagnostic and kept it for an extra day as I had work. All work done on my jeep seems very good and I am very happy with it. Would definitely recommend Gary's Auto Service. I will definitely be back in the future. Sorry for the lengthy review”

“Johnny has been fixing my trucks for over 5 years. He is the most honest, down to earth, family oriented, hard working person I know. His mechanic Anthony is extremely hard working. And earned my respect through his hard work and expert diesel repair. Johnny used to be an OTR truck driver and understands what it costs us to be down and not working. I recently purchased a used truck. I had Johnny thoroughly go through and inspect my truck He replaced the speed sensor, changed the oil, replaced the crank case filter, both air filters, oil filter, fuel filter, replaced U joint on drive shaft, removed rpm and speed governors, performed DOT inspection, replaced a leaking bunk heater core. Johnny can repair anything related to a semi truck regardless of the make and model. I fix my truck at Johnnys because I have tried multiple shops in Columbus and no one compares. I trust Johnny with my trucks like I trust my doctor with my health. Repair costs are fair and way cheaper than the dealers. BTW The office staff are professional and helpful. Thank you Johnny.
