“On my way to a doctor appointment and tire started going flat as I was driving. Notified my nephew afterwards and he came to take the tire off. Meanwhile I was on the phone with Broadway Brake Tire. They told me they were heading to lunch but someone stayed behind because said I could be there in 10 minutes with the tire. Well it took 30 minutes and couldn't get it off. Ended up driving my car to the shop ON A FLAT. Luckily it wasn't too far. Ok I'm rambling.... Long story short even though I wasn't there in 10 as stated they still greeted me with a pleasant smile and kindness with in 10 minutes had the old off and new on and I was on my merry way.
