“I was on my way from Michigan to Florida to visit my dad. My 2012 equinox broke down and this was the closest Chevrolet repair shop. Explained I was stranded and needed my vehicle fixed. They understood my predicament and helped me right away. Some fuel injection thingy went bad and made my motor quit running. After they diagnosed the issue, they showed me the issue in the repair bay and did what they could to keep the repairs as affordable as they could. At no time did I feel like I was taken advantage of due to being from out of town and stranded. I was treated with respect and shown the problems first hand and was explained my options clearly. My experience with this shop was excellent and I would recommend them. My thanks to the service team.”

“I've taken my vehicle to Keith and Carmen so far 3 times. Their service was great. They told me what was wrong each time. One time the part they installed was defective so I had to go back and they replaced it for free. I love the warranty they have on their parts. It's not the mechanics fault if a part they order comes in defective. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Even though there is only 2 guys there, that I've seen, they do the work of a whole garage crew. Even though you don't have to make an appointment to be seen it's better to do so that way you are guaranteed a spot for service. They will try to fit you in the best they can if you don't have an appointment. So far I haven't seen any evidence of the bad reviews they've received. Keep up the good work guys. “I needed a transmission for my truck. Matt had 2 on the shelf and got me the lower milage of the 2. It works perfectly, he said it was checked before being pulled and told me the truck it came from had a cracked frame. Dude is honest, hard working and fairly priced. His yard is about 45 minutes from my home but it was easily worth the drive. It is difficult to find a yard that will deal with you honestly and promptly return phone calls. Mr. Car Parts will have a repeat customer from me. Simply by treating me respectfully and like a valued customer he showed me everything I needed to see. Most junkyard owners are crass, rude, and dismissive. I got none of that here. If you need something, give him a call, you couldn't ask for anything more.”
