“Box performance review: I called about 10 shops, left messages, some called back some did not. Box performance thankfully answered the phone on the first call! I talked with a woman about a problem with my 1969 mustang not running right. She said I could bring it in and gave me a date weather permitting (so I didn’t have to bring it on a rainy day). But I showed up at the shop 3 days early to see if the shop was right for my car. After the visit I knew it was the right place! Brought the car there on Monday, they’d said they would look at it the next day. They called and said it was fixed but it could use a carburetor. So they rebuilt the carb the next day. I went to pick the car up and it never ran so good! I am very happy with my experience. Thank you! -Rob Novak”

“My cars suspension was rattling around and I called and asked for an appointment for the next day, the gentleman I talked to was very kind and informative. Later on in the day I called again and asked if I could just drop it off today, so that they could get a head start on the work and the woman I spoke with was on board with the idea. I dropped my car off at 2 pm and by 5 pm I was given a call to inform me my car was ready for pick up! The crew is very knowledgeable, hard working, and exceeded my expectations. Tenfold. Not to mention the cost of the repair was significantly less than what I expected to pay based on the research I conducted before even calling the shop. 2 thumbs up. 10/10. 5 stars.”

“Wow! I’m speechless; Kyle had my car clean and looking good as new and he only had the car for a day! Normally, I keep one day every month to put a good coat of wax on the car. But my business had been very busy and I was unable to take the time. So I asked a couple of my buddies in the auto club I’m a part of and they recommended This Dapper Detailer so I figured I would give it a try. My car was DISGUSTING; the exterior was lightly scratched & dull on the rear from all the road grime. The Passenger seat had a nasty coffee stain on red cloth that I thought would never come out. Dropped it off Wednesday morning and by Wednesday evening my phone was ringing; it was Kyle letting me know I could pick the car up whenever I was ready. He assured me that the car would be stored inside; clean and ready to go when I picked it up the next morning. When I pulled into the drive Thursday morning I couldn’t believe my eyes. The car looked as it did when I drove it off the lot. Just wow; the whole exterior looked like a mirror. The interior was spotless; no more nasty brown coffee stain. Hello nice bright red seat! I missed you. Windows were crystal clear, he even got the sand that was in the spare tire compartment that I didn’t even mention to him. I could go on and on.. Like I said SHOWROOM CLEAN & SHINY Kyle was very professional; He had no trouble scheduling me in that same week! Reasonably priced too! VERY IMPRESSED 5 stars. I will definitely be back come spring! “The guys at the Canal Winchester Walmart auto center were very nice and helpful. Much better service than the Reynoldsburg Walmart Auto Center. I was having 2 tires put on my car, on the front, and I think they did a good job. It didn’t take very long either, only about 30 minutes or so. We just walked around Walmart until they were done. Originally I was planning on having my tires put on at the Reynoldsburg location but when I tried to schedule my appointment, the guy tried to tell me that they were all booked up until next year. This was around Thanksgiving weekend and I bought the tires during Black Friday sale.”
