“Fantastic service despite it being bitterly cold. Had the windshield replaced on my car in my office parking lot and he was done in under an hour. Only issue is my driver's side windshield wiper now has a very loud click when they work. Haven't called the company about it yet, but I can assure you my wipers never 'clicked' before.”

“I have a 2000 Oldsmobile that needed new rocker panels badly. With it being an old car no one could buy new ones. I took it everywhere but couldn't get new ones. I took it to Brittians and they custom made them for my car. They also found a motor part that was bad and installed that and painted the rockers and washed my car and fixed my turn signal that had burned out. They had my car ready for me when I came in. They charged me a much lower price for everything than I had expected. The staff was wonderful and accommodating to me. They did a wonderful job. I would tell everyone to go to them because they do wonderful work. Five stars for Brittians.”

I have a '95 Oldsmobile Aurora that only has 82K miles and happens to be a great car although it developed the Northstar engine head gasket-leak issues. Northstar technicians are a very rare breed and are difficult to find. I researched online and was fortunate to find this service located about an hour of travel from where I live. Btw, Powertrain has vehicles with Northstar engines shipped from all around the US to be serviced. Alisha who is the office manager originally took my call and she was very helpful as well as very professional. She is a great listener and took a genuine interest in me as a potential customer. She turned me over to the expert Northstar technician named Dave who happens to be the business owner of Powertrain Automotive. Dave listened carefully to me about my issues with my Aurora and he developed a very logical and viable solution to my plight. He suggested a total rebuild of my engine and I was thoroughly educated by him about how this was the best solution 👌. The whole rebuild took about a month and a half. I also received a 10% discount on labor for being a first-time customer. The cost of this endeavor was very reasonable and the end result was phenomenal. My Aurora drives like a new car. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. Btw, he sent me pictures of his work- progress along the way. How many technicians do that? Dave took a situation that first looked hopeless in many ways and through his expertise turned things around in a great way. I tell everyone that I know about Powertrain Automotive!”
