“I had a nail in my tire and CeCe was able to repair it vs. having to buy a new one. CeCe's customer service is phenomenal! I spoke with her a few months ago regarding a battery for my stepdaughter's car. At that time she again had great customer service. Also the knowledge she has in the service department is excellent! CeCe had quite a few customers as I was waiting and she managed them like a champ. It's hard to come by good customer service nowadays, but CeCe gave me hope. I will definitely be returning to Walmart Service Center in Middletown. CeCe is personable and professional! She deserves a raise!”

“True transmission expert and master mechanic. We have had 3 different vehicles have transmissions failures and all have ended up being diagnosed and resolved by Johnny. Each one was done correctly and drove perfect. The real kicker is my vehicle broke down in Cincinnati, I left it at a local reputable shop to diagnose and each attempt they failed to find the problem. 8 months and $1300 later I decided to trailer the car back up North to have Johnny look at it. Within 2 days Johnny found the issue (electrical) and resolved it. Since my car sat for so long, I also needed all new brakes and brake lines and within a week I was cruising in my car again. I work on my own cars to an extent but when I need a true mechanic I reach out to Johnny. I have been treated with great customer service and honesty each time.”

“My 2015 Honda Pilot was hit while at work, the vehicle was damaged on the rear side panel and rear bumper area. Long story long, they performed excellent work and everything looks even better than before! We are missing a seat belt anchor cover. This is located behind the rear 3rd row seat.. Surprisingly this a expensive piece to purchase.. Hopefully they still have it at the shop. This was on the vehicle before the worked on it. They only work on Acura and Honda so I recommend! I do hope they can replace the Anchor cover! It's now a eye 👁🗨 sore to see (from my wife)”
