“Where do I start? I met the angel Mark Thomas on a Friday in need of a radiator repair in a hurry being from Texas and having just been involved in a crash. He stayed late on a Friday and allowed me to even leave my rig in his yard and stay there for the night. Mark Thomas went above and beyond and has now gotten a new friend. On Saturday he even came and checked on me and again fixed my radiator as I damaged it putting it in. He even let me use his forklift to bend and fix parts and to unload my trailer and load another. Saturday night when I was going to stay in his shop parking lot again and sleep in my truck, he called me and said it was going be too cold and offered me a place to stay at his own house. His wife, him, and I stayed up late that night sharing stories laughing and having an amazing time. What amazing people. He even went as far as to loan me a vehicle so that way if I need to go anywhere I could while we were waiting for Repairs. Mark Thomas and his wife are saints and has a special place in heaven for them. I will never forget their generosity and look forward to seeing them again soon.”

“Steve and the guys he has working for him now we're extremely helpful with trying to find the right fit bike for my son. Unfortunately the bike we hoped would be a good size/fit didn't end up working out. Not bc it had anything wrong, my son just wasn't as experienced as to ride a bigger bike that he wasn't that familiar with. Steve didn't give me any issues with giving me the money back. And his employee brought the bike to us and picked it up when we decided it wasn't gonna work. Nobody's perfect and people make mistakes and stuff comes up that pushes us behind on tasks. And I don't feel it's fair for people to give STEVE'S shop a bad rating bc of his employee's wrong doings. That's where a 3* comes in not 1*.”
