You need more technicians like the one who was my hygienist today. ***** I do agree that they canceled an appointment and no one bothered to tell me. I was actually on my way for the appointment, I called to make sure of the time. At that time, I was told my appointment had been canceled bc my hygienist was no longer with them. I was upset and was rescheduled for 3 weeks later. My new hygienist was awesome. I liked Taylor and the lady dentist really really well. Call patient whenever changes are made”

“I love having a fantastic dentist office so close to home. Dr. Jenkins and her staff are simply incredible. Extremely friendly and courteous. Consistent reminders and confirmations of appointments. Gina, my hygienist, after my first visit, sent me a hand-written note thanking me for coming and encouraging me to contact them about any issues. I was very impressed by the level of personalized care. I've had to have multiple fillings done the past few months, and their team always does a wonderful job and I always feel very comfortable having my teeth worked on there. I even recently had a filling that unfortunately came out, and when I called them, they got me in the next day and got it all fixed up for me with no charge.
