Sometimes there are unattended carts around and some displays that impede walkways. Otherwise, the store is very well lit and not very loud. “This Walmart has pretty much everything a college student could possibly need, even down to a sizable fabric selection! In my experience the employees have always been kind and helpful in finding what I need, especially since the store is so big. The clothing is hit or miss but sometimes there's a cute thing or two thrown in there. They have a great selection of food two which makes it easy to shop for groceries and all your other necessities. Beware move in weekend, they can be out of stock of a lot of common college items so I'd recommend trying a different location or waiting a few days for the craziness to die down.”

The front area is a lot less cluttered and you can see clear to the other end of the store. The women's underwear department needs to be organized. As with most stores they are offering less variety. The pharmacy Tech, Sam was very polite. Mimi in produce was excellent , great personality . “One of the best Walmart Supercenter’s to shop at! Located in a small farming town in Madison County west of Columbus, this store is pleasant to do business with helpful staff and never crowded like most Walmart’s. Not as big as the other Supercenters in larger towns cities but is well stocked and the employees have an emphasis of helping customers you don’t usually experience at other locations. The Pharmacy looks fantastic and plenty of stock throughout the store to choose from. Had some great clearance deals in every department as well. One regular check-out lane was open with a couple of customers in line and when we got in line, we had a cart and a half full of merchandise, another employee, and please forgive me for forgetting her name, promptly opened another check-out lane for us! The employees at this Walmart seem to care about customer satisfaction a lot better than most Walmarts! A definitely night and day difference in customer care for sure! If you’re tired of dealing with out of stock merchandise, crowded stores and no employees to help the customers on the sales floor, take a 20 minute drive from Columbus or Springfield, OH for a much better and relaxing shopping experience at a Walmart Supercenter than you probably have never experienced at Walmart in your life! You won’t believe it! Absolutely a fantastic shopping experience to have and without the headache! Keep doing what you’re doing staff of the London, Ohio Walmart Supercenter! The store is ran by children. I went there to shop for a few items. Ok they had the prices wrong. Then they tried to run and change the prices before I could take these pictures with my cell phone. Then their was and employee that threatened to fight me. After, that I went back up to the cash register to pay for my items. My mom is almost 80years old she was trying to stop putting groceries on the conveyor belt. The cashier would not turn it off. My mom's arm was being pushed forward. I had to yell at the cashier to stop. Just don't shop here. They are all idiots.”

The almost complete shift to checkouts isn't as daunting as it had originally been. The associates have a little handheld that has a digital assistant called "Ask Sam." I figure in reference to Sam Walton. It's a nice touch, but I wonder if they used his voice.”
