I left some of my things there, some hygiene, for four months and they still had my things waiting for me to pick up. They do there jobs. Some things like med are small process at times. Staff will talk to make sure your good or just for the conversation. I've been there more than once and it's the process. Don't be expecting steak and lobster and you'll be the food not bad.
