“I would be giving a full 5 star review, but my follow up appointment really bothered me. EVERYONE there was so sweet to me on my surgery day for LASIK. I’m a bone marrow transplant survivor, so I was very nervous about side effects. My surgery went well. I saw a different doctor for my follow up visit Dr.Augustine, he made no eye contact with me when he introduced himself, barely looked at my eyes. Then told me “Here take your chart up to the front, I’m going to grab my stuff and meet you up there.” I carried my chart up front, and he didn’t bother saying goodbye as he rushed out the front door. I work in healthcare and I would never treat a patient like that. The rest of the staff was exceptional. Make sure you aren’t the last patient of the day if you see Dr.Augustine in Brecksville, he’s got places to be!”
